Shipping and Returns

Belle Shops will process your online order and ship within 36 hours provided all items are in stock. In the event any item is oversold, we will order that item for you and ship upon arrival. We will let you know within 24 hours if an item is oversold and it's expected delivery date. Should a delay in delivery require you to cancel the order, we will process that return immediately.

Order online, pick up in the store

If you wish to pick up in the store, please select in-store pick up at time of check out. After your order is placed, we will notify you via email or text when it is ready. All orders will then be ready for you to pick up at our 48 E Broadway Ave, Jackson, Wy location, unless noted otherwise. Feel free to text us at 307-733-2640 for alternative pick up and delivery options.



UPS Ground Shipping rates within the United States and U.S. Territories

Belle Shops ships all orders via UPS or FedEx. Shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day) are selected at checkout.

Shipping is calculated by weight and zip code.

For all furniture sales, reach out for rates as they will either be drop shipped or crated. This excludes free shipping.

Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Express Delivery Information: Orders must be received before noon MST for same-day expedited delivery.

Please allow 7-10 days for standard ground delivery of all in-stock merchandise.

Second-day and Overnight delivery are available for most items.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories must ship Second-day air.

All merchandise is shipped UPS and delivery must be to a physical address.


Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), furniture orders that no longer have original packing, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
