Gobel's 2-cup Ribbed Brioche Mold bakes perfect cakes and breads that are golden brown outside, light and tender inside. The heavyweight tinned steel (0.5-millimeter) conducts heat evenly for fast, uniform cooking with beautiful browning and consistent results for an amazing baking experience. Its reinforced beaded rim ensures many years of baking without the pan warping.
