The original set, introduced in 1851 at the First World Exhibition in London, was purchased by Queen Victoria herself. Subsequently named for her, this Chinese-influenced pattern demands the skills of Herend's most talented and experienced painters. Keeping with the Heren Traditions, this piece is enhanced by accents of hand painted 24k gold on superior quality hand painted smooth white porecelain. The result is a formal dish that is strong enough for everyday use.
