The Lastra Handcrafted Canape Plate looks elegantly rustic on your table or holding your favorite appetizer. An overlapping wooden mold, used for centuries to form cheeses throughout Italy, inspired this appetizer plate.  Italian Stoneware - VIETRI uses stoneware clay that is indigenous to Italy. Stoneware clay is less porous and fired at higher temperatures to make it functionally safe, and highly resistant to chipping and breaking.
