The stainless steel finish Peugeot Mills is partially filled with salt and/or pepper at the factory in France as part of final assembly and testing. Use the Classic grind adjustment simply turning the top knob tighter (clockwise) for finer grinds; looser (counter-clockwise) for more coarse grinds.
